“Dear Steve, I’ve been thinking about writing a thank you letter for so very long, and look, I finally have pen in hand. I believe kudos should be given in writing. My first words of thanks are simple…Thanks for being here. Thank you for: helping me, (for) caring and understanding this insidious condition, (for) continuing to assist Fibromyalgia patients, (for) understanding me, your honesty and integrity, more things that I just am unable to think of right now!” — TMJ and Fibromyalgia Client

“Steve, We so appreciate you! The long hours you put in on my husband’s case are so appreciated. Bless you, and again, thanks!!! — Client injured in a Motor Vehicle Accident

“Thank you for doing such a great job as a speaker at the convention. I was interested in what you spoke about and felt the audience appreciated it as well.” – Seattle attorney Paul Luvera Note: Steve's presentation was titled:  "Fibromyalgia Update, 2013"

"I associated Steve Krafchick on a complex Fibromyalgia case which is a type of case in which he has recognized expertise. His work was excellent and he spotted nuanced medical issues with FM I would entirely have missed. As a result, the client got a very excellent outcome in settlement. Steve was easy to work with, cooperative, and very helpful without “taking over.” I would associate Steve again without hesitation in the right case." – Marc Silverman, Silverman Law, Seattle

“I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you and your very capable team have done for me. I feel unbelievably fortunate that you have helped me win my disability claim. I don’t think it is an exaggeration to say your team has saved my life. Your team is highly professional and also deeply compassionate. I found the office more understanding of my day to day physical trials than some of my family members. I was impressed that someone always had time to help me with questions or guidance. And I appreciate the way you explained things to me so I could understand what was happening (or at least try). Warmest regards.” — Disabling Chronic Fatigue client

After a 12 year struggle, the Washington Supreme Court reversed lower court decisions refusing to let experts testify that the physical trauma of an automobile crash can lead to the development of Fibromyalgia. In legal terms, The Court ruled that medical causation testimony was not subject to the Frye doctrine. This landmark decision allowed Fibromyalgia cases to proceed.

The following is a note of congrats from Attorney Mark C. Wagner, Tacoma (used with permission from Mark):

“I must chime in here. Great work by all… I want to talk about Steve a bit. This has been a major issue in Steve’s life. This wonderful decision is the result of work he has done for the last ten years of his life. He has pursued this issue relentlessly and at great personal cost to himself and his family. It is, in fact, the story of a hero and we should all be grateful and appreciative for his work and commitment to his clients and his belief in Justice. Well done, my friend…” – Mark
